Light and framing
Lay the document flat on a dark surface near a window, without flash. Frame the whole page including the edges, and hold the phone parallel to the document.
Every page, front and back
Photograph every page, including the back if it contains text, stamps or an apostille. A missing page means a new quote.
Check the sharpness
Zoom into the photo before sending it: small print, dates and stamps must be readable. If not, retake it or use your phone's scan function.
Send it with context
Send the photos by WhatsApp or email, stating the languages, the desired deadline and the receiving authority. You receive the price and deadline before confirming.
